Difficult to isolate & represent relevant and critical data at the right time. Medical errors not caught at the right level and when most critical. Medical Terminal systems today are not user-friendly GOALS Help Health Care providers to effectively identify potential medical errors by analysis of context data. Efficient and succinct User Interface to summarize the patient history data at discharge. Build a Text Analysis and Relevance Search Engine to a) Parsing through large portions of data and b) Isolate & represent relevant text.
