How much did politics (and getting re-elected) affect Roosevelt’s actions or inactions as leader?5. Government is not just about departments and agencies, how did individual persons influence the government’s decision making abilities? 6. Would Klaus Klein’s attitudes and actions about America have changed if he knew all that was going on in Washington? 7. Could Klaus’ parents have been saved?
