  3. Problem • Too many students – not enough buses • Allotting an extra 45 mins for travel • Crowded buses • Cost of private driving to campus • Personal Experiences • How can we fix this?

  4. Recommendations • Research • Focus group • Survey • Increase Student Fees • More buses • More routes • Less crowded • EXTRA sleep time

  6. Student Benefits • Less money on gas • Less money on car maintenance • Reliability • More time in the morning • Increase productivity • Better serves students without private vehicles • Save money (no car pymt or insurance premium)

  9. Summary • Problems with Campus transit • Approach BOR with possible solutions • Poll students to find out their thoughts • Slight tuition increase to purchase more buses
