  • In the present OCC we have only Technical and Short Term Scheduling representation.

    • In the GOCC we will have Technical, Crew Tracking ( both Flight Deck and Cabin Crew ), Yield Management, Passenger Handling and Short Term Scheduling representation.

  • We currently find that the time spent to make a decision during irregular operations is to long, due to the fact that all the role players are not immediately available at all times.

  • The current way of communicating is per telephone.

  • GENERAL

    Renewing of mid range aircraft fleet

  • We are in the process of replacing the current Airbus A300’s and Airbus A320’s with Boeing 737 - 800’s.

  • The current B747 - 200’s, B747 - 300’s and B747 - SP’s will be replaced with B747 - 400’s.
