  1. Terry Pritchard – Consultant - Regulated Activity Terry has been a prominent figure in the financial Services industry for many years. When he left his role in the Royal Air Force he began a career in banking at Hambros Bank and AVCO Trust both companies merging with Crusader insurance a subsidiary of Britannia Building Society. Terry soon became a member of the Management team ending up as Head of Sales for the group. He subsequently filled the role of CEO and Director at several financial institutions in the UK including Edeus (Merrill Lynch), Providence Financial (MD) Chase (CEO), Key Retirement Solution, Charterhouse (MD Intermediaries) and CEO of Grays Inn Capital. He most recently had the position of Main Board Director and Head of Sales for the London Rebuilding Society. Currently Terry holds the positions of MD of Channel Equity Finance. Terry has joined us as MD of regulated activity and is looking to expand the department through debt finance and bank syndication. In 2007 Terry won the prestigious award of Finance Broker of the Year and the companies he has guided have also won many similar accolades. Julius Vincent Lewis – Director Qualifying in 1989 as a Dual qualified Orthotist-Prosthetist and subsequently becoming the Principle Orthotist-Prosthetist to the British Paralympics team for the 1996 Paralympic games in Atlanta. Julius had professional papers published by the British Journal of Therapy and Rehabilitation after inventing the carbon fibre application of the ‘blade’ leg for amputee athletes. Julius was featured on television on “How do they do that” in 1996 with presenter Eiman Holmes, and BBC News which featured the pioneering work of Julius working with computerised robotic / prosthetic systems to assist disabled clients, years before computerised systems became the norm. Julius moved into Project Finance and project management. With 30+ year’s experience of providing solutions to complex engineering projects. Including, man – machine interfaces; Prosthetics; Robotics; Large Scale Mining, Telecommunication; Heavy industrial and commercial installations Projects. Julius’s had appointments to CEO level to UK companies, and ‘Premier Service Partner Status’ to Global giants Vandelande Industries, Bito systems GmbH. 1996 - Chief Technology consultant to the British Paralympic Association Great Britain. CEO – DSA Orthotics Ltd – CTO – Onetel Business Communications. 2009 – CEO – Origin Invest Ltd Michael Scanlan – Legal Consultant Michael has been in private practice for over 30 years specialising in commercial disputes and contracts negotiations. Mike has been Executive President to a Belgian football club and he is a registered football agent. Prior to that he had been a partner for over 20 years in two of the UK’s leading medium sized law firms based in London, RadcliffesLebrassuers and Thomas Eggar. Mike has been involved in a number of high profile reported cases across a broad range disputes including, policyholder claims; coverage disputes and insurance long tail pollution claims and recoveries; professional negligence claims; derivative shareholder actions and a host of commercial disputes from engineering to bi-lateral investment Treaty claims conducted through the courts and arbitration and mediation. Christine Sandtangen – Tax Lawyer Christine Sandtangen works as a lawyer in KPMG Law Advokatfirma AS. She is affiliated with KPMG Law's business law group, which works widely within a number of business law areas. Christine works in particular with company law, including mergers and acquisitions ("M & A"), restructuring, due diligence processes and liquidation of companies, as well as contract law and real estate. She works both with national and cross-border issues for both national, foreign and multinational companies. Furthermore, she regularly helps in matters relating to family and inheritance law and labor law. Christine has experience of dispute resolution and both civil and criminal proceedings.

Tony Tse – Chartered Accountant Tony graduated at the University of Nottingham and obtained a Masters Degree at the University of Birmingham. He has 4 years experience in a top 5 UK firm. Channel Partners Mr Sidney Perera – London Barrister and Corporate Finance Sidney Perera is a Cambridge Law graduate, a Barrister and a Chartered Accountant. His career has been mostly in professional services in Spain, as a Management Consultant with Ernst & Young and McKinsey & Co. Changing to Corporate Finance, he worked with a British investment bank, the Wallace, Smith Trust Co, and then for ABN·AMRO. He was President and Managing Director of an industrial group, Draka Cables, the Spanish subsidiary of a Dutch multinational. He now has his own Corporate Finance practice, active in South America, the Middle East and Europe. Mr Stephen Akinsanya – London Barrister Stephen Akinsanya is a barrister with over 20 year experience at the bar of England and Wales. Stephen has strong Government ties with Turks and Caicos and introduced Caribbean opportunities to Origin Invest
