  18. 2011 Preparation • Plan & explore 6-10 months before your thesis completion • It takes several trials & error to polish your job search tactics & skills • Reach out to explore relevant fields outside academic track by talking to experienced HR people • Talk to company representatives when they are in campus from September. 18 of 37
