  6. OBJETIVO DE LA POLITICA ECONOMICA TCR PIB > 0

Tasas de Crecimiento, TCR PIB • TCR es la Variación interanual del PIB, pero expresada en porcentaje. • Ejemplo: TCR PIB97-98= 2,3 % • Se lee así: Por cada 100 Bs. producidos en el país en el año 97, en el 98 se produjeron 2,3 bolívares más. • Es indicador de la eficiencia productiva ¿Es esa tasa (2,3%) un crecimiento aceptable?

  8. Criterio de aceptación TCR PIB El producto debe crecer más que la población. Luego TCR PIB > TCR Pob • Para que no se deteriore las condiciones de vida de los habitantes Entonces, TCR PIB debe ser > 3% anual

  10. Regla de Decisión • Si 0<TCR PIB < 3 → Estancamiento • Si TCR PIB > 3 → Auge (Expansión) • Si TCR PIB > 0 → Recesión

CONCLUSIONES • Hay que comparar las TCR del PIB con el estándar del 3% para determinar si el crecimiento es aceptable • La economía venezolana muestra avances y retrocesos en el período 1994-2008, oscilaciones. • La economía en los últimos 5 años muestra TCR altas pero es evidente la desaceleración • GRACIAS
