  4. Review Preparations • Was a practice schedule drilldown performed by the project? Action Items Open Items from Last Meeting: a) Ted - contact Lehman’s office about updating the agenda to add the 5 min Welcome at the beginning of the plenary talks and correct Bonnie’s talk from 5 min. to 20 min. b) Dean – Contact Kurt Fisher from Lehman’s office to get clarification on cost estimating spreadsheet to be complete by the project for the review. c) Dean – have Terry revise the agenda to have Breakout 2 with the video conference room (Hornet’s Nest) instead of Breakout 1.
