Health units – Content & Assessments Journalist students – Interviews Pre testing surveys Performing arts students: “Happy” song creation and Performance, Work placement opportunities Student research projects: 3 Masters To come: Two evaluation honours projects Partnering with Sustainability Victoria: Butt Litter project Play: Social interactions of young smokers

  8. Student ambassadors Students learn best when they feel supported and that they belong (Deeley 2014). They also see higher education as a means to employment (Bryson 2007).   10. Take home messages • Find ways to include students in the programs and initiatives on campus. • Take the teaching outside of the classroom and create the student “experience” • Engage academics and general staff in health initiatives on campus and apply this in the classroom
