What is G.L.A.D.I.A.T.O.R.S.? • After school Alcohol and Drug prevention program for 5th & 6th grade students of Guadalupe • Provide students with the information and tools necessary to make educated and wise choices regarding Alcohol & Other Drugs (AOD) • Teach students how to help their peers make wise choices regarding AOD and Prescription drugs • Build positive relationships between students, schools and community

  4. Program Hours • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday • 2:30 – 5:00 pm (5th Grade) • 3:30 – 5:00 pm (6th Grade) • Wednesdays are used for scheduled events.

  6. G.L.A.D.I.A.T.O.R.S. Information • This a Free Program • Serving 25 Students daily • Waiting list of 15 Students • Students REALLY enjoy the program • Receiving $20,000 per year funding • Needing a total of $40,000 to serve 40 Students

Who is behind the G.L.A.D.I.A.T.O.R.S.? • This program is made possible by Alcohol and Drug Prevention Programs (ADP) from the County of Santa Barbara • GLADIATORS is offered by the City of Guadalupe Police Department • Two employees who run the program • Program Coordinator (Michael Bloodworth) • Program Assistant (Pearl Garcia)
