Some reflections on LLL Organisational perspective • Organisations: structured or loosely coupled • Learning organisations – communities of practice • Not all organisations are learning organisations • Schools are in general not learning organisations • IFIP and TC3 are not learning organisations • Ability to learn/change, find new ways of organising and working to meet challenges Sindre Røsvik WCCE 2009 IPC chair
