  1. Using the LRC IPAC - How to renew an item. This short presentation will show you how to use the IPACto renew items and manage your LRC account.

  2. How to renew an item. On the IPAC search screen select My Account

  3. How to renew an item. You will be asked to enter your Borrower ID and PIN.

  4. How to renew an item. You will be asked to enter your Borrower ID and PIN. Your Borrower ID is the barcode number on your LIPA card. Your PIN is 1000

  9. How to renew an item. Select the Fines/Blocks tab to see if you have any fines Fines are charged at the rate of 10p a day if the item is late

  10. How to Check on Requested Items. Select the Holds tab to see if any requested items have been returned and are being held for you

  11. How to collect a requested item. • Once the item has been returned it will be kept behind the LRC desk for you. • You will be sent an automated email telling you it has arrived. • You then have seven days in which to collect the item. • If you don’t collect the item in time, it will go back out onto the shelves, or to the next person in the request queue.
