She worked for Turkish Aerospace Industries after graduation for five years on projects such as the F16 Fighting Falcon and the CN235 Transport aircraft, to National aerospace and military standards. more

Further success followed at SARA, Energy, Construction, Trade & Industry, Ankara, Turkey’s leading energy utility. Working as both Production Chief and QA Manager, Gulay again installed ISO 9002 in record time more

Gulay Litchfield BScGroup Quality Assurance Director Later, working again as QA Manager, but this time at Repka Rubber Ind., Gulay completely upgraded the company’s VDA 6.1 (German automotive quality standard) Repka At Unifil Electronic Inc., a French automotive electronics company, Gulay’s role as Senior Quality Assurance Manager allowed her to implement not only ISO9002 but also QS9000 in only 6 months. Working with a team of Quality Engineers employee motivation was her highest concern, and training regimes were one of her key goals and strategies in achieving ISO status. more
