Fun Banquet under 2 hours • Opening with Music Video 5 Min All • Opening comments 5 Min • Welcoming Comments Mary Stallman • Opening Prayer Father Steve • Agenda and Season highlights Doring • Guest Speaker (Bob Morande & Student) 30 Minutes Morande & Student • and student guest • 8th Grade Girls BB 20 Min Alascio • Introduce / call up the boys individually • Presentation / talk • Announce MVP and MIP • 8th Grade Boys BB 20 Min Donahue • Introduce / call up the boys individually • Presentation / talk • Announce MVP and coaches/spirit award • 8th Grade Girls VB 10 Min Younger • Introduce / call up the Girls individually • Presentation / talk • Announce MVP and MIP • 7/8th Grade Boys VB 10 Min Dante • Introduce / call up the boys individually • Presentation / talk • Announce MVP and MIP • Music Video (comic relief) 3 Min All • Participation Awards 10 Min All • Each coach to name his players as they come up to the front they will be congratulated by the board and other coaches and receive their award. • upon exiting they will have their photo taken • Coaches Awards 5 Min All • Each coach to announce winner and invite them up to receive an award in the same fashion as above. Winner to remain and a group photo to be taken • Closing Comments 2 Min Melo • Reception to follow in the cafeteria30 min All • Pizza , Drink and dessert
