Playcentre Menus Week 1 The above menus have been developed by the USW catering department in conjunction with the staff, children and parents using the service and in conjunction with: WAG Food and Health Guidelines for Early Years and Childcare Settings Throughout the day it is assumed that the child should consume a minimum of 350ml per day of full fat cow’s milk and the recommended daily requirements of 350 mg of calcium and 6.9 mg of iron.
