  • Seasonal with extreme variations

    • spring, summer, fall and winter - almost equal months

  • Summer - tends to be extra hot and humid.

  • Fall and Spring are the best seasons, when chilly but perfect days are the norm

  • Rain and snow are possible -

    • often sudden and for a short time

  • In winter - snowfalls average 7 inches (18 cm) and often sudden frozen rainstorms.
