  1. WSPPN • Over 170 programs that have participated in past conferences; • Programs consist of air districts, POTWs, waste and hazardous waste programs, small business assistance programs, local government programs, green business programs, regulatory and non-regulatory programs, etc.

  2. Region 9 Program Priorities • Arizona – continues to be green building and auto repair shops; • CA DTSC – Green Chemistry • CARB – Green House Gas Reductions • CIWMB – no longer runs CA’s Green Lodging Program. It is now run by the CA Dept. of General Services. Focus areas: (1) Climate Change as it relates to landfills and (2) Sustainable Building.

  3. Region 9 Program Priorities • Hawaii – Green business, EPP, Healthcare and Electronics; • Nevada – Small Businesses, Healthcare, Hospitality, Green Building, Fleet Operations; • C2P2C – In transition. DTSC is unsure in what capacity they will continue to support the C2P2C, but they have committed to continuing their support.
