Purposes of Quad Council • To provide regular meetings for exchange of information about current and projected activities in each organization. • To stimulate synergistic interactions promoting public health nursing and the health of the public through collaboration that builds on the strengths of the participating organizations.

  5. Purposes cont. • To promote collaboration in the programs and activities of the participating organizations by leaders and members of each organization. • To identify public health nurse experts to represent public health nursing on national and other committees concerned with public health and the education of nurses and to nominate for said positions.
