  2. 2014-2016 Timeline &Process • Today, 7/10: • TPC Mission • 2013 Work Plan Review • 2014 Brainstorming Exercise • Forums • August: Additional TPC input & Draft 2013 Priorities • September: TPC Finalizes Proposal • October (Annual Strategy Conference): Working Council Reviews • November: Working Council Approves • December: Board of Directors Finalizes at Annual Meeting • January-March 2014: Secure Executive/Member Champions

Help assure Silicon Valley’s long-term economic health and quality of life by increasing the ease by which Silicon Valley employees, residents and cargo move through and within the Valley and to do so in a manner that minimizes our impact on the environment. Specifically, seek to: • Expand the reach, modes, interconnectivity and quality of our transportation system; • Increase the capacity and maximize the efficiency of our transportation system; • Reduce transportation-related greenhouse gas emissions; • Seek opportunities to advance related organizational goals, such as protecting open space, promoting transit-oriented development and improving the quality of our air and water.   5. Draft - Increase the ease and sustainability of mobility in Silicon Valley. Specifically, seek to: • Expand the quality of our transportation system (reach, modes, interconnectivity); • Increase the capacity and maximize the efficiency of our transportation system; • Reduce transportation-related greenhouse gas emissions; • Seek opportunities to advance related organizational goals, such as protecting open space, promoting transit-oriented development and improving the quality of our air and water. About the regional transportation landscape? • What should SVLG’s transportation focus be? • From the perspective of your company? (quality of life, business) • From the perspective of the community/region? • What mix of projects, initiatives/programs (ie. Cool Commutes), and events would you find most useful? • Should we increase the frequency of member forums? • Are there things we are currently working on that we shouldn’t be? Or vice versa? • What should our role be in encouraging new transportation technologies?
