  3. If the net force acting on an object is zero, the motion of the object does not change. Question 2 Newton’s 1st law

  4. If it is moving at a constant speed, then the forces are BALANCED. Question 3

  5. If the forces act in opposite directions, then the net force will be 200N. Question 4

  6. C – an object at rest will remain at rest unless an UNBALANCED forces act on it. Question 6

  7. If the forces are UNBALANCED, then the motion of the car is changing. Question 7

  8. In both cases, the motion of the object is not changing. You cannot tell the difference between the two situations. Question 8
