Veteran and Family Advisory Council One way we seek & listen to patient and family voices is through the Veteran and Family Advisory Council The mission of the council is to partner with health care staff to: • strengthen communication among Veterans, families, and staff • find ways to improve safety, satisfaction, and quality of care •  allow staff to listen to and honor Veteran and family choices For more information, or to bring issues to the council, please contact Linda Frommer, Veteran and Family Centered Care Coordinator, at ext. 64258.
