FAO Project in Angola • The Coordinator for the Codex Alimentarius Matters of the DNSF • Two missions (February and August, 2009) • To make an assessment of the food control general organization in Angola. • To evaluate the linking and interactions among institutions, the Codex Focal Point and the effectiveness of the Codex activities in Angola. • To make recommendations and to prepare an action plan for improving the efficiency of the food control system, including, if necessary, its reorganization.

  5. FAO Project in Angola (2) • To prepare a Course on the SPS and TBT/WTO Agreements. • Workshop on the organization and activities of the CAC and its subsidiary bodies. Particularly, at national level, the focal point and the National Codex Committee.
