  2. Input to Exercise 3 On the homepage you will find a set of error reports from the integration test of a real system. All the names of persons and components have been changed.

  3. Exercise 3 The results for this exercise shall be based on the ideas and experiences of the group members. The report must contain: • Identification of the most costly defect types. • A Root Cause Analysis to identify the most important causes for these defects. • Identify improvement actions and assess their costs and benefits. • Perform a risk analysis of the proposed improvement actions.
