  2. — The FY 2011 FAC Committee The FIMS Advisory Committee (FAC) is a subcommittee of individuals comprised of Field Office users, including DOE contractor personnel, that recommend continuous improvement to the system. FAC recommendations are presented to the FDDC for final approval/disapproval.* Members of the FAC in 2010/2011 are as follows: ◦Roger Johnson - Chair, Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education ◦Sharon Campbell, Savannah River Operations office • ◦Dennis DuPont, Legacy Management ◦Dave Fazenbaker, Thomas Jefferson National Laboratory ◦Karen Henry, Sandia National Laboratory ◦Christopher Johnson, Strategic Petroleum Reserve Office ◦Eddy Johnson, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory *At the 2010 Workshop we discussed changes that may pass the FDDC approval step for direct adoption to FIMS; housekeeping to current data elements, definitions, non-controversial, low cost, etc.

Facilities Data Development Committee (FDDC) A corporate board is in place that is comprised of individuals who represent the Headquarters program secretarial offices that funded the development of FIMS.  The name of this corporate board is the Facilities Data Development Committee (FDDC).  The FDDC provides the guidance and direction of FIMS by making all final decisions regarding system policy and enhancements.  Voting members of the FDDC are as follows: Patrick Shipp, Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EE) Donna Green, Environmental Management (EM) Robert Pafe, Fossile Energy (FE) Gary Horn, Office of Management (MA) Kim Petry, Nuclear Energy (NE) Ann Walls, National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Stephanie Short, Science (SC)

October 7, 2010.

  18. 11-06: Add 2 optional fields of 4 characters each to Maintenance Planning screen. • —Requestor Name: Larry Bridges • —Proposed Change: For use by NNSA to capture the YEAR of recapitalization need and the YEAR of actual recapitalization for reporting purposes. • —FAC Approved: Under Review
