  1. Enterprise High Football By Coach Stan Sauls Director of Football Operations

  2. Procedure for being absent from weight training or practice: • Cell phone contact or recorded voice mail of junior high coach • E-mail to junior high coach • Cell phone contact or recorded voice mail of Coach Collins (406-9420) • E-mail to Coach Collins: kcollins@enterpriseschools.net • Field house phone contact or recorded message on answering machine (393-1512)

  3. ABSENCES • Absences are only excused when prior notification is made through the chain of command, or under extraordinary circumstances.

  4. Calendar of Events • On the EHS website, under football, there will be calendar of events: • Practice schedules • Workouts • Paperwork

  5. Paperwork • The AHSAA requires that all proper paperwork be on file at the school the player is attending, not EHS. • Birth Certificate • Current Physical (Physicals are March 3rd at ESCC) • STAR Certificate • Clearance Packet (given out June 14th/due back June 30th)

  6. Accountability • All practices are mandatory. An injury, and some illnesses, do not excuse a player from attending practice. • Doctor and dentist appointments should be scheduled: • During the Summer—after 1:00 p.m. • During the school year—before school (orthodontists) or prior to 3:00 p.m. during the season, after 3:30 p.m. out of season.

  7. Teaching Accountability! • Contact with chain of command should be made from the player. • We want to talk to our players. This is part of ownership into our program. • We want our players to be at practice. • The greatest adjustment for some of them will be accountability.

  8. Parents Attending Practices • Parents can attend practice, but must remain outside of the track at ESCC at all times. • All posted practice times are on-the-field times.

  9. Accountability • “It is not only what we do, but also what we do not do, for which we are accountable.” (Moliere)
