Our Company’s Introduction into Robotic Dairing • Previous Reports of Bad Experiences There were numerous reports of very bad experiences by farmers and dealers in Canada with the dinosaur models • Due Diligence In 2006 we took an extended trip to Europe to visit 15 dairies in 3 different countries and visit manufacturer • Technician Input We welcomed input from our technicians before we made the final commitment (Everyone was onboard)

Why Did We Make the Decision • They Work! • How do we adapt this to the American Market • We recognized the viability of this technology to be a profitable future for our industry • It creates enthusiasm and interest for the younger generation/s • Our desire is to be on the cutting edge of technology in the dairy industry

  4. Our Commitment • To partner with our customers for a long term profitable relationship • Currently we have 11 trained technicians • We spend over $25,000 for in costs: training technicians, support services etc • Have over $400,000 worth of inventory to service the robots in our area
