  1. Main Log-In Page For Any Application, Type your User Name and Password

  2. Main Menu For all ongoing trips, select Monitoring option, On-line View

  3. Shows all vehicle for client account on city map, live view, updated every few seconds, Status updated in selection box for intimate view when necessary, Vehicle Icon on screen change with changing status

  4. Same screen, zoomed up view, mouse-over on any vehicle icon shows instant details like time, speed, trip distance already covered. Selection of any vehicle in selection box gives next screens for intimate view of the vehicle

  5. Plan versus Actual execution screen. Particular vehicle Plan on left side can be compared with right side events actually noted till time. Screen updated on-line. Route plan can be seen on map by pressing Route button

  6. Shows Route Plan being executed on map. Mouse-over shows scheduled Delivery time as per plan along with location and Order no (in addition to all other details in previous screen

  8. To see the vehicle actually on the run, Press Trace All events including long stoppages, speed alerts, data interruptions along with auto detection of Trip start, Vehicle approaching customer location, Delivery made etc shown here

  9. Trace screen is for on line close monitoring of a particular vehicle, last few movements recorded shown along with live point for trail check. On-Line speed and distance through mouse-over

  11. Back to Individual screen from Trace. Pressing Replay button gives pictorial depiction of the entire ongoing trip on map.

  12. Trip Replay plots all recorded points of a on-going trip on map. Mouse-over gives details of any points or Events (green start icon)

  13. Pressing Trip Replay button, traces the entire movement from Trip start point to present moment, with green thick line and black blinking moving icon , on a compressed time scale

  16. Reports are for Post Mortem. All completed trips details are transferred automatically to Reports section and stored for viewing later

  17. Report of all trips during a selected day, vehicle wise

  18. Whereas reports are available at aggregate level for all trips during the day, trip details and trip view, when clicked for a particular vehicle drills down into all individual trips, shown in next few screens

  19. This multi page report gives details of all trips, individual calculated events or detected events, timings and distance as well as location of occurrence of such events. Each trip totals are given at the bottom

  20. Trip View shows all individual trips on map, inclusive of each event shown through star icon. Mouse-over shows details of points and events.

  21. Trip Replay enacts actual movement on screen of stored data, through green line and blinking black moving icon, on a compressed time scale

  23. Following screens show other report formats in this menu

  24. All on-line Alerts like Speed violations, Distress or Emergency Alerts etc are shown on line in this section

  25. Alerts based on Specific type of Alert or Specific Vehicle Alerts based on Specific type of Alert or Specific Vehicle
