Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Eligibility • Improvements to POTWs to manage flowback fluid are considered a CWA Section 212 pretreatment project. • Eligible CWSRF POTW devices/systems include storage, treatment, recycling or reclamation of industrial discharge. (Where feasible, such facilities should be part of a larger system to treat domestic wastewater). • CWSRF assistance may also be provided to municipalities to construct separate facilities to treat industrial liquid waste.
