  2. Safety The Arm Welder is an amazing robot that has many features and functions. Even if there have never been problems while working with it we have incorporated some safety features , because the safety of our workers and customers is the most important issue for us.One of these features is the “Dead man switch”. While working with the arm robot the person has to manage a remote that controls the arm and while using it he has to hold a handle that is placed next to the “dead man switch”.Whenever the worker feels afraid or when something wrong happens while working with the robot, he has to squeeze the handle and push the button that will then stop the robot. The “Dead man switch” will also prevent other people from using the machine. This way the worker will be absolutely safe.

Precision Thanks to the remote control, the arm robot will always be as precise and accurate as possible.The machine can be programmed in every minimum detail and, thanks to the code generated by the worker, the robot will always be able to reach the programmed position with a margin of error lower then one millimetre.In this case, accomplishing a task in less time does not mean less precision or worse performance.

  4. Manageability One of the characteristics of this machine is surely its manageability. The arm robot is strong enough that it can easily work not only with objects of normal or small sizes but also with heavy or big objects. It can also go in every direction and turn as many times as needed, but always following its original program.It is easy to manage the robot also thanks to the remote control.
