Staff Review 2012 It’s that time of year when we are starting to think about the previous years performance and we will each undertake a staff review over the next few months. We are now going into this years staff review cycle and this is a reminder, with information of how you can approach this. As you are aware our Board of Governors are committed in ensuring everyone undertakes this review and will receive a regular report updating the percentage of overall reviews completed. Timescales April May June July Aug Sept Training Staff Reviews undertaken All PDP forms to be received by ODTU by 30th Sept 2012 Regular review and reporting to Resources & Employment Committee (Board of Governors sub committee)
