Application Development Roles • Applications Development – Responsible for the technical design, development, and testing of technology solutions. • Business Analysis – Responsible for analyzing Business Requirements to understand the business needs. • Quality Assurance – Works closely with business analysis and development teams to ensure applications meet business and technical requirements. • Application Support – Maintains application systems that have completed the development stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm. 8

Technology Operations Roles • Database Administrator – Analyzes, designs, installs, configures, implements, and supports Database Management Systems (distributed, midrange, mainframe). • Technology Operations – Responsible for the support of business and data center operations activities. • Infrastructure Service Support – Provide end to end service related to production assurance, connectivity services, and service improvement. • Service Desk / Help Desk – Acts as the single point of contact for global technology issues and support. 9

Whatare we looking for? • Working towards a BA/BS degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Management Information Systems (MIS) is preferred • Strong written and verbal skills • Preferred GPA of 3.2 • Previous related internship experience and/or relevant experience is preferred • Capacity to work with stakeholders, understanding their needs • Desire to innovate and improve 15
