    3. Previous VDOT Efforts Task Group’s Report on the Development of Traffic Control Plans and Training for Designers was submitted in June 2005 Submitted on June 25, 2005. The report noted that: TCPs’ (TTC) will be developed by Design with input from District Traffic Sections, Residencies and others. Joint memorandum (L&D and Traffic) on TCPs be written. Specification on alternate TCPs by Contractors. Training on TCP’s for designers (L&D and TE). The first attachment contains information on TCPs such as: Information required on all projects Levels of complexity for TCPs (Levels I, II, III) Components of a TCP (Gen. Notes, Typ. Sections, Plan Sheets, X-sections, etc.) Changes to the TCP Submitted on June 25, 2005.
