  4. Line Plot • A line plot is a graph that shows the shape of the data set by stacking X’s above each data value on a number line. Draw a line plot for the following semester grades: Grade Students A 4 B 7 C 5 D 1

  6. Range • The range of a data set is the difference between the least and greatest values. • Subtract: Highest number minus lowest number.
