The “Um, Like, Ya’ Know” Game • Gather in teams of 4-5 students. • Ask one person to describe, in detail, everything he/she had to eat yesterday. • Every time the speaker uses sounds, such as, "um" or words, such as, “like” or “ya know”, his/her turn is over and the next person goes. • The first person that completes a full description of yesterday’s food consumption without the use of "um, like, ya’ know" wins.
