  3. Hotspot Areas 2010 1. New Bradwell 4% (12 cases) 2. Netherfield 3% (22 cases) 3. West Bletchley 2% (29 cases) 4. Lakes Estate 0.8% (8 cases) Hotspots Loud Music Neighbour Disputes Noisy Neighbours

Hotspots New Bradwell Action Week • 38 tenancy audits • 4 child protection issues • (referrals made to Children’s Services) • 5 abandoned properties (notices served and 3 properties secured immediately) • 14 asb cases opened (6 were drugs related and a drug warrant was executed by the police following intelligence gathered) • Various estate management issues addressed including rubbish dumping and graffiti

  5. Hotspot Areas 2011 1. New Bradwell 4.5% (15 cases) 2. Netherfield 3.4% (24 cases) 3. Lakes Estate 2.2% (23 cases) Lakes Estate Action Plan Joint visits with Bucks Fire and Thames Valley Police Inspect garages and secure Joint partnership letters and set up URN Estate Inspections Hotspots
