NO CHARGE FOR BOOTH SPACE OR AREA FOR AVIATION SCHOOLS Provided by PIHABF to promote Aviation However, everyone required to get a Booth System from Sapphire Exhibit System to put order in the booth area. Specs: Using Octa shape aluminum post and aluminum framing/beam. White Versa Board Panel & Fascia with company name in a Computer Cut-out sticker Size: 6.0m x 6.0m = 36 sq.m. Amenities/booth free of Charge: Two(2) Information table - Two (2) Convenience Outlet – 2 gang - Four (1) Fluorescent lamp – 40watts - Four (4) Monobloc chairs - Company name on fascia board in a computer cut-out sticker - Booth Carpet (Gray)

  8. Cost and Price Prime Booth # 1,8,9,16, 17, 24 P450.00/sqm = P16,200 per booth Regular Booth P360.00/sqm = P12,960 per booth *Includes Delivery from Manila, Installation/Dismantling Terms of Payment: 60% downpayment upon confirmation 40% full payment upon installation

  9. Deadline for reservations: Dec 8, 2011 * Reservations given away without down payment and contract signed with Sapphire. IDs for School Booth Exhibitors 5 free of charge P400 for extra IDs requested INGRESS : FEB. 7 to 8 noon. All gates closed at 12 noon. EGRESS : Feb 12, 10 pm

  10. AIRCRAFT STATIC DISPLAY IN PUBLIC AREA Aircraft to arrive Feb. 7, 9am up to Feb 8, 11am Aircraft can LEAVE ONLY Feb. 13, 7am All Aircraft must be attended to at all times. Each aircraft will be given 4 Exhibitor IDs. Any additional IDs will be charged P400 each

Souvenir Program write ups and photos Deadline: Dec 10, 2011, 5:00 pm 1/4 Page Free for all participating school P 5,000 additional to make it 1/2 page P10,000 additional to make it to full page Increased participation from schools for ground events -Costume contest -Best booth award -Special Demonstrations Issues and Concerns from last year
