  2. Project goal Construction of greenhouse complex to grow tomatoes and cucumbers in Boguchar town, Voronezh region. Annual capacity by 3 operation year: 2 474,8 t of tomatoes and 3780,9 t of cucumbers After implementation of all capacities: 14,8 thousand tones of tomatoes and 22,6 thousand tones of cucumbers

  3. Production technology Farming will be done with ready technology with average productivity : tomatoes- 60 kg/m2 per year cucumbers– from 55 kg/m2 per year

  5. LAND PLOT DESCRIPTION Total area and plot: 50 Hectares Area at 1stphase of implementation: 10 Hectares, including: 6 Hectares – greenhouse complex 4 Hectares – auxiliary and stock facilities Area and 2ndphase of implementation: 50 Hectares, including 36 Hectares - greenhouse complex

  6. Project financials Total investments volume: $128 Mln. Investments volume for 1 phase: $21,7 Mln. Own funds of project initiator: $6,4 Mln. Funds from attracted investor: $15,3 Mln.

  7. Project financials • Simple Payback period 2,4 year • Discounted Payback period 2,8 year • Internal rate for project profitability (IRR) 64,1 %. • Profit Index (PI) 7,95

  8. 2. Sales market • - Moscow; • - St.-Petersburg; • - Krasnodar; • - Voronezh; • - Ekaterinburg. Sales to be arranged through major trading networks, involved in whole-sale and retail sale of vegetable products in these regions.

  9. Sales system Sales of product will be implemented on conditions of transportation by wholesale buyer from warehouses of ООО «Tomat»

  10. Company ООО «Tomat» is interested in: • Attracting additional funs to implement project in volume of $15,3 Mln.

  11. Participation in project «Construction of Greenhouse complex «Tomat» will allow company: • Enter Russian market of greenhouse vegetables • Receive tax priviledges
