  3. Minimum Credentialing Standards Staff hired by the Regional Workforce Boards (RWBs) must pass the Tier One Certificate Exam within six months of their hire date

Examination Access • Monthly reports let RWBs know when someone has completed Tier One training materials • The RWB Training Coordinator should email DEO’s Strategic Training Coordination Unit when staff are ready to take the exam • The Training Coordinator will be sent an Internet link to an exam: • The test taker will be required to log in to the Adobe Connect system with his/her unique user identification and password combination

  14. Examination Requirements • Form created by DEO • Will be distributed to the Training Coordinators when they request the Tier One Certificate Exam be assigned to staff who are ready to take the test • Will be posted once the Consultation Paper is released to the regions for comment

Review • If staff have completed the Tier One materials • Send their names via email to DEO’s Strategic Training Coordination Unit: WFSTraining@deo.myflorida.com • The Strategic Training Coordination Unit will email the Training Coordinator a link to the exam. • The Strategic Training Coordination Unit will email a password for the exam to the Training Coordinator, which must be kept confidential.

  17. Review • On the date the exam is taken, • The computer(s) is set up for the test taker(s) with the link • The staff member logs in to the Adobe Connect Learning Management System • Both parties review the Tier One Examination Administration Form • Both parties read and sign the form • Retain the form for your records • The Training Coordinator enters the password into the first page of the exam to start the test
