  3. WM Solution: Health & Safety • Hired Ben Hoffman & developed website to address medical issues • Established anti-terrorism task force • Guidelines for handling mail, suspicious packages, waste • Strengthened Employee Assistance Program • Mandated zero tolerance for DOT non-compliance

WM Solution: Security • Developed Crisis Management Plan & Response Program • Instituted drug testing & pre-employment background screening for all candidates for employment • Built Life Safety Monitoring Center • Established guidelines for security of all facilities & equipment • Enhanced commitment to law enforcement liaison & developed awareness program for drivers

WM Solution: Communications • Enhanced focus of Communications Group to better support local community activities & emergencies • Developed Employee Advisory System & instituted threat levels based on perceived threat • Instituted facility security briefings as a consideration for our potential customers
