Administrative effort required… • Off-pitch activities • Email, newsletters, player registrations, social media, website, recruiting, etc. • On-pitch activities • Member service, at practices, matches & events • Pre-season: 20 hours a week for 2 months • In-Season 15s: 25 hours a week for 4 months • In-Season 7s: 15 hours a week for 3 months • Off-Season: 10 hours a week for 3 months

  5. Sierra Season • October & November: Rugby Clinics • December:15s practices begin • Jan – March:15s match play; 80+ matches • April: Tours & Tournaments • May:7s practices begin • June & July: Six+ 7s tournaments + tours • Aug – Sept: Recruiting

  6. Financials • Est. Expenses of $54k: • Rugby uniforms & training equipment = $5 • USA Rugby and Rugby NorCal union dues = $13k • Practice & match field rentals + EMTs = $20k • All weather with lights = $100/hr; Grass = $50/hr • Rugby Fest (Fundraiser) cost $5K • Tournament entry fees = $2k • Hospitality for hosted matches = $2k • Trophies & Social Events= $2k • Administration = $1k • Est. Member Dues collected: $57k
