  2. A stretcher is an equipment that allow the transport of a person who is unconscious or unable to move freely on his own. Airtech provides wheeled stretcher with a special feature that provide an additional physical containment.

  3. This device has an efficiency of 99.9 percent at 0.3 micrometer which is achieved with main high-efficiency particulate arrestance (HEPA) filters. Its weight is approximately 92 kilograms and it can carry a maximum load of 85 kilograms.

  4. It has a dimension of 2090 centimetres in length, 65 centimetres in width and 83 centimetres in height. Its air volume is approximately 2.0 cubic meters per minute. It can be operated either with an AC or with a battery. This flexibility allows the stretcher to be deployed easily in the field.

  5. These specifically crafted stretchers are able to provide protection to the medical staff from an infectious patient. This is very important if the patient is suffering from any deadly disease that can be spread airborne. Its dimensions are also able to accommodate most people of various sizes.

  7. The difference between the two models is that the UAISO-Cap-F-1 comes with an aluminum hood structure unit that enclosed the patient in the stretcher with a transparent plastic container enclosure while the Airtech Cap-II enclosed the patient with a transparent vinyl sheet instead.

  8. Airtech provide a wide range of hospital products that includes the hospital safety lobby chairs. The chair looks similarly to a comfortable sofa bench with a nice cushion seat. There is a headboard that is built-in behind the chair to contain all the necessary components needed to maintain the clean air.

  9. These chairs can be placed in an isolated waiting area which offers an unique feature of preventing disease from being transmitted through air and small respiratory droplets. This is very useful if the patient is suspected to be infected with some airborne diseases.

  10. Patients who are initially observed to contain any symptoms of an infectious disease are directed to the isolated waiting area to wait in these safety chairs. This safety chairs prevent the surrounding room from being contaminated with any infectious viruses carried by such patients into the air.

  11. The chair works by having a component near the head rest section that takes in the air from the surrounding and then filter this air with an initial pre-filter, followed by a HEPA filter.

  12. The filtered air is then allowed to flow back to the surrounding from the bottom of the chair after its contaminants are totally removed by the HEPA filter. This is achieved with a fan unit situated at the bottom of the chair. This fan unit blows the clean air back into the surrounding environment.
