  3. Set up for capture Access the mini capture app on your Ipod Provide login credentials

  4. Set up for capture Select Record to begin capture Input User Information, select high definition (on/off)

  5. Record Capture Click Record button at bottom right to start and stop capture

  6. Upload Capture Captures recorded on the device which need to be uploaded will be listed on the left side of the screen Click upload to transfer videos from the Ipod to the Teachscape website via a wireless connection NOTE: Multiple captures can be recorded prior to upload.

  8. Accessing Uploaded Videos To access your videos you must login to your Teachscape Account. • www. Teachscape.comCustomer Login • Username: provided by Teachscape • Password: teach (until you change it) • Click on Reflect Video Library • Newest captures are at the top of the screen

  9. Reflect Video Library Videos with require additional information (title, grade, subject) before they can be shared

  10. Video viewing/commenting To view a video, click on its title To comment on a video, click in the area beneath the video and begin typing. When finished, click “Add”. All comments are listed beneath the comment box. When comments are added, a triangle indicates in the videos’s timeline. Hovering over the triangle will show the comment.

  11. Create video clip To create a clip of a video, click “Create clip” beneath the comment box, then drag the green arrow to where the clip should start and the red arrow to where the clip should end. Then click “Create Clip”. Name the clip and save. The new clip is available in your Reflect Video Library

  12. Share videos Uploaded videos are only viewable in the account they were uploaded to. Videos can be shared by clicking at the top right of the video. The video can be shared with one, some or all colleagues in your program. To share with one or some colleagues, click “Share with a Colleague”, type their name in the search box and click search. Click on colleague(s)’ name and “Save” Click “Public” and “Save” to share with all colleagues. Your shared video will be available in these colleagues’ Reflect Video Library
