Background • Trusty Carpets owned by Jerry Montgomery operated out of the City Shopping Center. • Traditional text book business model with local paper advertisement and manual inventory management. • Customer base limited to scrap and fragmented inventory. • City Shopping center on the rise with increased customer influx. • In partnership with Mike baker for installation and maintain independent accountant for financial management. • In competition with across town Metro Carpet Store with similar business model.

Description of Need • Trusty Carpets in business for 20 years looking to expand storefront and warehouse space. • In consideration to acquire rival Metro Carpet’s store locations and inventory to expand customer base. • Store marketing now demands a Web site in order to attract and expand business. • Web site creation requires services of a third party for maintenance, online catalog along with location and contact information • Web presence will allow a platform for customer interaction and allow future growth.
