  2. Buying A Plot Buying land parcels has always been a preferred mode of investment for Indians. Most people who already have a home prefer to opt for land whenever they have some extra funds. The value of land always appreciates and people can definitely get better returns on selling in future which makes buying land such a lucrative deal. The following slides elaborate on the things to look at before buying a land parcel.

  3. Location Whether one is trying to buy residential plots in Amritsar or those in Delhi or Gurgaon, it is always advisable to see to it that the plot is in a good location. Even if not in the heart of the city, the plot should be in a place that is well connected to the rest of the city via various means of transport. It should also be close to various schools, business centres and hospitals so that when a residential building is constructed at the place and people start living there, they do not have issues leading a comfortable urbane life.

  4. Civic Infrastructure The place where a plot is bought should have a good civic infrastructure. Whether one is buying residential plots in Amritsar, Mohali, Gurgaon, or any other city for that matter, it would be important to ensure that the city has good roads, drainage facilities, water & electricity supply, and everything else needed for human inhabitation. By being careful about these things, the property owner will certainly get great returns on the investment made.

  5. Neighbourhood While buying a land parcel people should be careful about the neighbourhood, they choose to buy the property in. This becomes all the more important when the property is a land parcel as there are high chances of encroachment on such properties. A neighbourhood with good and educated people would be ideal to buy a land parcel.
