  1. REDUCE HUMAN ERRORS BY USING RFID ATTENDANCE TRACKING: Attendance tracking is one of the most used functionalities in any organization. Attendance is a form of human resource management which holds the foundation of the company. Reportedly, there are have been and still prevailing traditional methods of attendance record keeping which have failed in many aspects. With the advancement in technology, RFID attendance system has emerged combating all loopholes of the manual recordkeeping system. This tracking system has become a much- followed necessity to make attendance tracking easier and hassle-free. Understanding the concept of RFID RFID attendance tracking system is totally a different form of technology. Radio- Frequency Identification is an automatic identification process. It transfers the data between RFID tags and reader of RFID by the use of electronic magnetic fields. Tags bear information related to animals, people, books, things, etc. There are some kinds of tags which comprise a copper string that serves as an antenna. RFID reader has a screen and a controller unit. When the RFID tag is placed in front of the reading unit, the data is transmitted in the form of electromagnetic waves. The reading unit further transmits to the small controller unit where it is related to the data in the database and records are matched for the attendance. Benefits of RFID for attendance tracking are: Speed: The thing you need to do is bring down the RFID tag near to the tracking reader. The RFID reader records attendance. This process is so quick and another advantage is, there is no swiping in this system or no scanning involved while reading the card.

  2. Cost: These tags are cheap which costs less than 30 dollars for each key. The tracking reader is also cost affordable. Convenience: RFID tags are offered in many forms which includes a key fob. It can be linked to a keychain. There is an option for the wristbands. And the tracking reader comes of lightweight. Security: These tags don’t carry any of your personal information. If it is lost, it can be replaced easily. And some other benefits are detailed reporting of attendance; enhance visibility, real-time tracking, reduced paperwork, reduced human errors, etc. The attendance tracking system is a very important factor which makes sure any organization’s success. The good organization of tracking time and attendance is not based on managing processes. It is based on the foundation which you can use to unlock the potential work by using technology.
