Turn the dial to the LEFT (Counterclockwise) at least four complete rotations to clear the lock to accept the combination. Never spin the dial to clear. 2. Using the OPENING Index, turn the dial LEFT and pass the first number of the combination, 11, three times and stop exactly on 11 the fourth time. 3. Turn the dial to the RIGHT (Clockwise) and pass 36 two times and stop exactly on 36 the third time. 4. Turn the dial LEFT and pass 22 once and stop exactly on 22 the second time. 5. Turn the dial to the RIGHT. When the lock is open, the dial will stop between90 and 0. To lock the combination lock, turn the dial four complete rotations to the LEFT. NOTE: If you dial past the number where you were supposed to stop, you can not reverse the dial to correct. The opening procedure must be repeated from the beginning.

  5. How To Change Combinations To change the combination, you must first open the safe door by dialing the existing combination on the OPENINGINDEX. Before changing combinations, verify that the dial stops between 90 and 0 on the OPENING Index when the Lock bolt is fully retracted. NEVER REMOVE THE LOCK COVER. 1. Next dial the existing combination, as previously described, on the CHANGING Index, but STOP the dial on the third number of the combination. 2. Insert the Change Key into the key hole. If the Change Key does not go in easily, the wheels are not aligned for changing. Redial the existing combination on the CHANGING Index. 3. Turn the Change Key to the RIGHT until it stops (one-quarter turn). Leave the key in the lock. Select a new combination, such as 44-61-96. 4. Still using the CHANGING INDEX, turn the dial to the LEFT and pass44 three times and stop exactly on 44 the fourth time the number aligns at the CHANGING Index. 5. Turn the dial to the RIGHT and pass 61 two times and stop exactly on 61 the third time the number aligns at the CHANGING Index. 6. Turn the dial LEFT and pass 96 once and stop exactly on 96 the second time the number aligns at the Changing Index. Leave the dial on 96. 7. Hold the dial steady, turn the Change Key to the LEFT until it stops(approximately one-quarter turn counterclockwise) and REMOVE the key. Note : After changing the combination always dial the new combination and retract the combination lock bolt several times before shutting and locking the vault or safe door.

  10. Section 3 How to use Xtremo Control Panel Mode 3-1 How to program Xtremo 7100,7200 To change the settings of the Xtremo 7100, 7200 you should access into the Main Menu. 1. Open the Top Part and place the switch on Maintenance. 2. Enter the Password. The factory default password is 12345678 or 123456. Overview of the Main Menu This is the Main Menu screen. It has Clerk, Maintenance, Host, Local Test , Reset, Cash, Local menus. Some menus have other sub-menus. < Clerk > < Maintenance >

  11. 3-1-1 Clerk The Clerk Menu is most frequently used by the owner of the ATM. This menu can manage Cash Setting and other features. Clerk  Settlement You must select this menu every time you add cash to a cassette. Please note that you need to insert the number of bills. How to add money: 1. Type on the keypad the number of bills you want to add. 2. This action will show three new buttons on the right: Insert, Clear, Exit. 3. Press “Insert”. This action will add the number in the “Total” and “Remaining” If you have entered the correct amount, now, you can press “Exit” to go back to the previous menu. How to cancel or correct the # of bills: 1. Press “Cassette Total”. This is going to clear all information. All boxes will show 0. 2. In order to add money, follow the previous instructions on “How to add money” If you want to print a receipt without clearing any information on the ATM, press “Trial Cassette Total”. This action is going to give you a printed record on the current cash set information.

  12. Clerk  Settlement  Trial Close The “Trial Close” feature is designed to perform a Day Close Operation without actually closing out the machine. This operation will print a receipt with information on number of transactions, host and terminal total requested and total amount dispensed. This report is identical to the “Day Close” one. The only difference is that the Trial Close will not zero out the amounts. This report is useful if you wish to know current total statistics without closing them out. To run this report, press the relative side function key. <ATM’s screen during connecting host> Clerk  Settlement  Day Close This menu enables you to have a printed record on number of transactions, Host and Terminal total amounts requested and dispensed. This feature will automatically zero out the information. Transaction totals shown on the receipt are those ones starting from the last time a Day Close was performed. If you look carefully, the printed receipt will show two sections: Host and Terminal totals. The ATM automatically performs a Day Total everyday at a predetermined time by every Processing company. Under the host totals, you can see transactions occurred during this period of time. Under the terminal totals, on the other hand, you can see transactions occurred during the last time you performed the last Day Close until the moment you do it again. For this reason, if you perform a Day Close before or after the processor has done its automatic day close, you may see different values between what the terminal had reported and what the host reports. To avoid this, try to perform every day the day close at the closest time at which your processing company closes out. If you do not match your processor, the missing transactions will usually appear on the next total. REMEMBER: Once the ATM prints out this receipt, all values are reset to 0. Clerk  Language Through this menu, you can set up to 7 languages to display on the ATM screen. Xtremo 7100, 7200 provides 7 different languages, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Korean, Japanese and Chinese. To enable/disable a language, just press the relative side function key

Once you insert the date, you can press “Search”, then “View”. Host  Monitoring  Ring Count This menu is for entering ring count. If you are sharing the main phone line with the ATM, it is recommendable to set the Ring Count to 5, so the ATM will not pick up the line every time you receive a phone call. However, it is not recommendable to share the main phone line with the ATM. For best purposes, provide a dedicated Phone line for your ATM. 41. Rear Front Section 6 How to bolt the ATM to the floor 6-1 How to bolt the ATM to the floor It is recommended that the ATM be installed on a smooth, even and level floor surface with an antistatic floor covering. ATM must be bolted down to the floor and the procedure regarding the installation is explained in detail in the site preparation manual. Warning: To ensure stability, if your terminal is configured with a Business Hours Enclosure, it MUST be bolted to the floor. Bolt holes must be drilled prior to final sitting of the ATM. The above site preparation manual provides dimensions for bolt hole locations. Note: Depending on installation clearances, the cable connections may require to be carried out before the unit is moved into its final location. To bolt the ATM to the floor proceed as follows: 1. Using a 12mm diameter concrete drill, please drill a hole on the floor more than 90mm in depth according to the picture indicating the location of the hole. 2. Please place the unit where it is desired, then align the hole on the bottom of unit with the floor hole. 3. Please insert anchor bolt from the bottom of the unit, then forcefully hammer down the anchor bolt so that it will be tightly fitted into floor hole.

  42. 4. At this time, please continue hammering until the head of anchor bolt is about 10mm above the bottom of ATM.  This way, you can easily tighten it using box wrench. 5. Tighten anchor nut until it no longer moves Note: Do not over tighten bolt(s) as this may cause damage to the ATM base or the floor surface.
