  1. Diocesan Information System – People Database Offices Held Form Press F5 to maximise this presentation

  2. The Offices Held form shows all the current posts an officer holds as well as historic ones. The ‘Quick Add Post’ also adds the individual to mailing lists. Current Posts shows all the posts an officer currently holds. They are split into posts that are published in the directory (included in the Year Book perspective) and others posts. Diocesan jobs types are given a sort order. The highest ranked posts will be displayed first. Click on the ‘Old Posts’ tab to display posts that have finished. Click on the ‘All Posts’ tab to display all the posts an officer has ever held.

  3. The ‘Quick Add Post’ list can be used to add individuals to mailing lists and other similar ‘diocesan level’ posts. It should not be used for maintaining parochial type posts as a parish cannot be specified and the context of other posts in a parish may also be important. The list of posts available is dependent of the current users permissions. Select the required mailing list/job type and click ‘Quick Add Post’

  4. The new post will appear on the ‘Current Posts’ tab.
