Teshuvah “Repentance”

There came one day a prophet-man crying in the wilderness He came to tell the people to return to tell them to repent

Justice, kindness, love and mercy was the message he did give He gave them words of Torah that by them they should live

Teshuvah, returning to Torah Teshuvah, repentance in our hearts Teshuvah, returning out of love Oh teshuvah, teshuvah Teshuvah M’Ahava Teshuvah out of love

Yeshua, when he came he came to be among His own Talmidim He called to follow to follow Him alone

He told them that not one stroke will disappear front the law He is the living Torah standing in the midst of us all

Since the days of Messiah in the first century We’ve forgotten the root is Israel that supports the olive tree

And now the scroll once so precious lies tattered in the street Come let us mend the pieces together in love and unity

Scroll of wisdom, scroll of blessing Torah scroll of feast and praise When the law goes forth from Zion we’ll all walk in His ways

A minyan from the nations will take hold of the fringes of one Jew Saying “please take me with you for we’ve heard God’s with you”
