  1. presents Waste Processing and Recycling Scientific Technology Free of all Pollutants and harmful Emissions to our Environment

  2. MHP Environmental Technologies International Ltd BACK TO NATURE FORWARD TO THE FUTURE

  3. Waste Recycling Technology A World leading European and USA Patented Waste Recycling Technology which converts non biodegradable and biodegradable waste into an inert recycled pollutant free end product. A technology which can reduce Carbon Emissions to the Atmosphere.

  4. The Sun and the Earths rotation created the Worlds first waste disposal solution

  5. That took millions of years and produced petrified fossils We just don’t have that much time left to deal with our waste problem. But by taking lessons from Mother Nature & Science we can now de-pollute and petrify waste in nanoseconds. • Without incineration or pollution • Without any emissions to the atmosphere • Without any pollution to our drinking water • Without the need for Landfill

  6. We attack the waste through a Patented high intensity displacement light process system.

  7. No Burning, No Emissions, No Pollution to the Atmosphere

  8. On conveyor belts at a rate of up to 15 tonnes of waste an hour

  9. This is done through an electronic computer guidance system • The waste gets shredded and goes on a conveyor belt through the high power light system and in nanoseconds mineralising fluid is injected in a high speed ploughshare mixer. • All of this is then mixed with a small amount of cement. • This semi-liquid mixture is then high speed pumped into a slab or brick making machine and left for final petrifaction and hardening. 21 days later a crystallised building material is created.

  10. And then we, Recover, Reuse and Recycle • Contaminated and non-recyclable Plastic • Contaminated Paper and Wood • Contaminated textiles containing oil • Biodegradable Household waste • Mixed urban household waste difficult to recycle • Waste from scrapped cars which cannot be recycled • Clinical & Hospital Contaminated Waste

  11. In the UK alone we send 9 million waste nappies to landfill every day of the year.Once dumped they will be there for at least one hundred & fifty years.

  12. Waste dumped in a landfill site Continues to burn, damages the atmosphere and pollutes our drinking water

  13. Waste Landfill Sites Can be restored by filling with the ENVITEC processed Urban Household Waste

  14. Or can instead produce a Building Material And used for: • Road sub-surface material • Pollution free cover for existing landfill dumps • Blocks, paving slabs • Flood & Sea Defence • Shelter for the Homeless

  15. Used as a Road Sub-Surface Material

  16. Or for Sea Defence Blocks Use your own Waste to protect your Shoreline

  17. Other forms of Applications

  18. Homes for the Homelessbuilt with pre-fabricated building blocks

  19. We do this by attacking the Atomic Nucleus of the Waste With the Electrons Elevated onto a higher Energy Level

  20. FIRST STAGE This is achieved by striking high powered light directly onto organic waste matter which throws electrons out of their natural gyration around the waste Atomic Nucleus. The process involves the modification of the molecular matrix of organic waste matter and converts the residual into inert by using photo-physical high intensive halogen light.

  21. Second Stage Following the modification of the original molecular matrix the residual waste material is then stabilised with a compound mixture of mineralising fluid and cement This in turn creates a new molecular structure with the mineralising fluid having electrons quick enough to replace the thrown out electrons. The molecules within the inorganic crystals are now knitted in with the organic waste material to create a 21st Century Petrified Waste Product which can become a building material for future generations

  22. Molecular Modification • High intensive light throws electrons out of their natural gyrating way around the Atomic Nucleus and into a state of suspended higher animation. • Free electrons within the petrifying fluid are (in nanoseconds) introduced and dock into the vacant spaces left behind by the suspended electrons. • Light switched off, suspended electrons try to return to the nucleus but electron displacement has taken place and the waste material has been stabilised into an inert petrified state and is incapable of further chemical reactivity.

  23. Inorganic Petrifying Fluid • Petrifying fluid (water glass) introduced to the organic crystals creates a crystalline effect so that the waste material is crystalline knitted and not adhesive or susceptible to frost heave. • To this mixture a small amount of Portland Cement is added via a high speed Ploughshare (mixing bowl) and after 21 days the waste material is fully stabilised.

  24. Saving of Mineral Reserves • Mineral reserves are finite. Production of an alternative aggregate for use in the Construction Industry is technically and economically viable. • Environmental benefits for this and future generations are self evident.

  25. The product compared to concrete

  26. 50% Lighter than its Concrete Counterpart • End product can also be produced in granular form for subsurface material • High Speed Ploughshare mixer units ensure consistency of mix and are controlled via a computerised guidance system • Slab making moulds are located at the end of each line for the production of building blocks or paving slabs

  27. A SUMMARY OF THE END PRODUCT • Good compressive strength and inner flexibility similar to elastic • Free of brittleness and frost thaw resistant • High temperature and noise absorption with restraining of gamma radiation by 50% more than heavy concrete • Free of all contaminates, pollutants, and harmful ingredients

  28. GREEN HOUSE GASSES • The World has to meet the Kyoto agreement to reduce Green House gasses • This can be achieved by the capture and elimination of Methane from biodegradable waste before the waste enters landfill sites • Methane is 21% more toxic than CO2

  29. Carbon Emission Trading • Its your waste so trade the Carbon Credits you accumulate with Industry who cannot reduce their Emissions. • Help the Kingdom reach its Emission Targets. • Work towards reducing Carbon Emissions throughout the Middle East.

  30. Our Vision is to deal with all forms of Waste and to create Environmental Parks within the Kingdom • We can do this by adopting a Zero Waste Policy which will be a State of the Art conception • One part of the Park will deal with Household Waste • Another part will deal with Contaminated Clinical and Hospital Waste • A third part can deal with Refrigerators which can produce harmful CFC gas

  31. Erdwich Sterilization System for Contaminated Clinical & Hospital Waste

  32. The Sterilization System for Clinical & Contaminated Hospital Waste

  33. The Grinding and Collection Process

  34. The Air Cooling System

  35. THE ENVIRONMENTAL SAVINGS • Reduction in Methane emissions to the atmosphere • No combustion and no NOx emissions • Reduction in pollution to the water table • Preservation of clean drinking water • Reduction in the HGV movement of waste • Reduction in waste sent to landfill • Recover, Recycle, Reuse

  36. Clean Drinking Water • More than One Billion People in the World do not have access to Clean Drinking Water • Dumping of waste contaminates the water table as well as polluting the atmosphere • By diverting waste away from these dumps and recycling it into a useful product we can help preserve the drinking water

  37. How does the Technology compare against Energy from Waste Plants • More than 50% cheaper than Incineration plants • No Emissions to the Atmosphere • No need to landfill the residue as is the case with Incineration plants • Our plants do not have any waste residue instead they produce a useful building material which can be used in many different applications
