Bill to ID - Manage by Number: Remove Support AccessScreen 1 of 2 2 3 To Remove Support Access using the Manage by Number screen: • Screen 1 of 2: • Enter a Bill to ID that you manage. 1 • Select Remove support access by Bill to ID. OR • Click the Submit button. OR 1 • Choose a Bill to ID. 3 • Select Remove support access by Bill to ID. 2 • Click on the Submit button. Note: You cannot see a Bill to ID in the tool unless that number is in your Cisco.com profile and you are set up to manage it. See slide 71 for how to add Bill to IDs to your profile.

  2. Bill to ID - Manage by Number: Remove Support AccessScreen 2 of 2 Removing support access does not remove the Bill to IDs from the individual’s Cisco.com profile. Use “Delete Bill to IDs from Cisco.com profile” to remove access and delete the Bill to IDs from the individual. Once a Bill to ID has been chosen and the action Remove support access by Bill to ID has been selected: • Screen 2 of 2: • Select one, many, or all individuals from the list. 1 Or, search for an individual and select them. • Click on the Submit button. 2 A success message will be displayed. An email confirmationwill be sent to all Administrators for that Bill to ID as well as each individual. Note: A message will be displayed if the Bill to ID you chose is not enabled for support access in the Cisco.com profile of any individuals.

Bill to ID - Manage by Name: Remove Support AccessScreen 1 of 2 To Remove Support Access using the Manage by Name screen: 2 3 1 • Screen 1 of 2: • Select a search attribute from the drop down list. • Enter the information you want to search for. • Click on the Search button. A list of individuals who match the search attribute and criteria you entered will appear. 4 6 • Choose the individual. • Select Remove support access by Bill to ID. 5 • Click on the Submit button.

  4. Bill to ID - Manage by Name: Remove Support AccessScreen 2 of 2 Removing support access does not remove the Bill to IDs from the individual’s Cisco.com profile. Use “Delete Bill to IDs from Cisco.com profile” to remove access and delete the Bill to IDs from the individual. Once an individual has been chosen and the action Remove support access by Bill to ID has been selected: 1 • Screen 2 of 2: • Select one, many, or all Bill to IDs from the list. • Click on the Submit button. A success message will be displayed. An email confirmationwill be sent to all Administrators for that Bill to ID as well as the individual. 2 Note: A message will be displayed if the individual you chose does not have any Bill to IDs that you manage enabled for support access in his Cisco.com profile.
